Q: When is the Baker Home Tour?
A: Saturday, August 27 from 11AM-3PM.

Q: Is there a charge to go on the Baker Home Tour?
A: Yes. $20 (purchased in advance); $25 on the day of the tour. Click here to purchase tickets online.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: Payments are accepted via credit card (online), click here to purchase tickets online. Cash, checks, and credit cards will be accepted for tickets purchased on the day of the event ($25).

Q: Does my child need a ticket?
A: Children carried in your arms are free.

Q: Is the tour handicapped accessible?
A: As these are private homes, our docents will be as accommodating as possible to offer assistance when available. However, most parts of the tour are not wheelchair accessible. 

Q: Are shoes allowed in the homes?
A: No. For your comfort and the protection of the tour's homes, you will be required to bring stockings or wear booties while inside the homes. Booties will be available if needed on the day of the tour and should be placed over your shoes when entering homes. Bare feet are not allowed. You will be issued a bag to place your shoes into that you will carry with you while in the homes. In most homes, you will enter through the front door and exit through the rear or side. Please conserve wast by reusing your bag and booties as you travel between homes. 

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: The Baker Home Tour will be held rain or shine. 

Q: Are public restrooms available at the homes?
A: Not inside Tour homes but are available at DCIS at Fairmont.

Q: If I see something in a home that I like, how can I get more information?
A: The hosts/docents onsite will be happy to answer your questions. We regret that photos may not be taken inside the homes during the tour. 

Q: Where should I park?
A: Street parking is available throughout Baker. However, please be respectful of neighbors, and do not park in areas designated as no parking. Note: certain blocks within Baker require resident parking permits (see posted signs); fines may be issued to violators.

Q: Can I take photographs inside the homes?
A: No. Cameras are not allowed in the homes.

Q: What else should I know about attending the Baker Home Tour?
A: Food, beverages, strollers, photography, and smoking are prohibited inside the homes. 

Q: Can I bring my pet on the Baker Home Tour?
A: No. With the exception of assistance animals in active service, animals are not allowed inside the tour homes.

Q: What else can I do between homes?
A: We recommend you take a break at our restaurants or merchants on Broadway.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
